Our Culinary Lavender buds come in 2 sizes.  Small is 2 tablespoons (enough for 1 simple syrup recipe) or large at 6 tablespoons.

🍋 Lavender Simple Syrup

The most versatile thing you'll ever make. Use it in everything.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Lebanon Lavender Royal Velvet culinary lavender buds

Instructions: Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add lavender buds and bring to a gentle simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and steep for 15–20 minutes (longer for stronger flavor). Strain out buds and let cool. Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Stir into lemonade, iced tea, cocktails, coffee, or sparkling water.

🍋 Lavender Lemonade

Refreshing, floral, and absolutely stunning in a glass.

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6–8 lemons)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • ½ cup Lavender Simple Syrup (recipe above)
  • Ice and lemon slices to serve

Instructions: Combine lemon juice, cold water, and lavender simple syrup in a large pitcher. Stir well and taste — add more syrup for a sweeter, more floral flavor. Serve over ice with a lemon slice and a few dried lavender buds as garnish. For a sparkling version, swap still water for sparkling water. Makes 4–6 servings.
