Shipping policy
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected by the customer. Shipping fees consist of the carrier's published rates plus a handling fee charged by Lebanon Lavender. As of the date of this notice, the handling fee is $3.00 per shipment; however, this fee may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the selected shipping carrier during checkout. Lebanon Lavender's typical order processing time is 1–3 business days from receipt of the order. While we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, certain items may require additional production time before shipment. If we anticipate any significant delay, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order.
If your order arrives damaged, please promptly contact the carrier and file a damage claim in accordance with their procedures. Customers should also notify Lebanon Lavender of any damage claim so that we may assist with follow-up and claim resolution when possible.
If a package is lost in transit, customers should work directly with the shipping carrier to initiate a trace or lost-package claim. While Lebanon Lavender will gladly assist where possible, the carrier is ultimately responsible for locating and resolving issues involving packages after they have been accepted for shipment.
Lebanon Lavender currently ships to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is possible, but please contact us at contactus@lebanonlavender.com before placing any order so that we can determine if we will need to take additional steps to successfully deliver your order.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address they provide. If a package is returned to us because of an undeliverable address, Lebanon Lavender will either reship the product to a corrected address (customer will need to cover shipping) or we will issue a refund minus shipping cost depending on customer preference.
Lebanon Lavender currently utilizes FedEx, UPS and USPS as our primary shipping carriers. If a customer has a preference for a carrier not listed, please contact us so that we can determine if we can acomodate your request.
