Our Lavender Cultivars
We grow six carefully selected varieties, each chosen for its unique character and purpose.
Phenomenal — Our workhorse variety. Used for dried bundles, wreaths, sachets, and hydrosol.
Grosso — High oil content makes it ideal for essential oil and hydrosol production.
Hidcote, Royal Velvet, Big Time Blue & Fulgate — Prized for their flavor and beauty, used in culinary lavender products and decorative bundles.

After a trip to Provence, France, Jim and Abby Cowan brought home a vision for a lavender farm rooted in beauty, hospitality, and care. In 2024, Lebanon Lavender began blooming in Tennessee, creating thoughtful products inspired by the fields and traditions they discovered abroad.
