How to use

For warmth: Heat on high in a 700W microwave for up to 1 minute. Do not exceed 1 minute. A 1000W microwave will likely require less time. Heating releases a pleasant lavender aroma. Check the pack's temperature before placing it against your skin.

For cooling: Place the pack in a sealed zip-top bag to protect it, then place it in the freezer for several hours or overnight. Remove the pack from the bag before use.
